The Seven Primary Chakras

The Chakras are seven energy centers located within the body, starting at the base of your spine, and ending at the crown of your head. Each chakra relates to a certain aspect of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
  1. Root Chakra: Located at the base of the spine, the root chakra grounds us to the physical world. It represents our sense of safety, security, and stability.
  2. Sacral Chakra: Located just below the belly button, the sacral chakra is associated with creativity, sensuality, and emotional expression. It fuels our passions and desires, fostering a sense of pleasure and joy in life.
  3. Solar Plexus Chakra: Located above the belly button in the upper abdomen, the solar plexus chakra governs our sense of self-worth, confidence, and personal power. It empowers us to pursue our goals and assert ourselves in the world.
  4. Heart Chakra: Located in the center of the chest, the heart chakra is the center of love, compassion, and empathy. It fosters meaningful connections with others and promotes inner peace and harmony.
  5. Throat Chakra: Located at the base of the throat, the throat chakra governs communication, self-expression, and authenticity. It empowers us to speak our truth and express ourselves creatively.
  6. Third Eye Chakra: Located in the center of the forehead, the third eye chakra is associated with intuition, insight, and imagination. It provides clarity of thought and inner vision, guiding us on our spiritual path.
  7. Crown Chakra: Located at the top of the head, the crown chakra connects us to both the divine and the universe. It is associated with enlightenment and insight.
